I wouldn't be surprised if this rumour was correct.
Following on from the graphs that I posted previously - the number of European centres is approximately the same as the number of U.S Centres although sales of CardioCel was first available in Europe. AHZ seem to be concentrating their marketing more in the U.S at the moment, particular now that a second product is available in that region.
That demostrates to me that the number of new centres in U.S will now outpace European centres over the coming quarters. Not to forget new Asia region approvals as well.
So yes, another clean room would obviously be needed to keep up with the demand that they anticipate to happen. Although I expect they wouldn't easily approve another room without some soild forecast of upcoming sales.
