From what I've read, the whole economic corridor requires about 1400km of track to be laid. At its peak, Laing O'rourke laid 3km a day for FMG (Cloud Break etc.) in 06/07, but averaged probably more like 1 km a day over the whole project. There is a harsh winter in Mongolia but I think they experience fewer cyclones.
I'd say 1400km if track could be laid in 2 years in China/ Mongolia assuming they had several SUM track layers on the go.
I bought in during recent highs, and unfortunately I have terrible luck with shares. Hopefully some more good news follows soon
