No the annual report won't help the SP go up as I think all the good news is already factored in. Only thing I can see helping TOX at the moment is another "good" acquisition at a decent price or a takeover.
Both of those are possible but I somehow doubt it in the near term.

At the moment IDL and FSA appear to have better upside to me.
