    TOX have no need to artificially inflate their share price to take over DMX. At least not now.

    If the market has an iota of credibility and commonsense, DMX will be about $0.40 within three months. If TOX want to pick DMX up, they should just wait a while until DMX's shareprice reflects its actual value.
