fwiw, I held VCR for many years until finally selling out early this year.Bought into all the SPPs, rights issues etc. Same old story - release some warm fuzzy news prior to the raising, watch the SP creep up only to slide into the abyss after issue. Directors have always and I stress -always- come up with a lame excuse as to why they have never taken up their quota. Any prospective investors should consider this carefully before opting in.
Re. the 'news' from Europe. They have apparently been sitting on this information (clinical successes) for quite some time. No news has been forthcoming from the EU trials for a long time - until just before the raising. Incredibly shoddy PR work and makes me wonder whether their PR dept is genuinley inept , or whether news is being deliberately held back for reasons not disclosed to SHs.
