If there was any doubt about the fact that the vcr board is deliberately witholding information, this recent release should settle it.

IMO, nobody is that inept that they don't realise the importance of this news. So why not release it immediately??? As stated before on many posts, there is some "plot" that the S/H are not aware of. It's also clear the level of disregard the current board holds the S/H by this action.

Everything that can be said about the current press release and the cons of participating in the pending SPP has been said.

Good luck to current S/H. To new & current S/H, Lets hope they the board doesn't decide to consolidate the share base (say a 10 for 1 consolidation). With the current financial situation vcr is facing, that can not be discounted!!!
