    Agree with Viking, everything that has been released today could and should have been released on an ongoing basis. IE : The standard practice of keeping shareholders well informed, not just palming them off.

    Have to say that if I was a newbie to VCR I would be well impressed by the latest news, however the history of this company gives me absolutely no confidence.
    Will wait and possibly purchase much further in future
