I'm not even nearly sophisticated enough to comment*.
However, on my (armchair) analysis it makes sense for both to be rising in tandem. Both have had interesting announcements lately, both appear to be high value prospects with the potential for big news in the near future.
If I were a big purchaser with desire to buy into the graphite market relatively cheaply, I would look at both.
*edit - apparently that didn't stop me from commenting anyway.
