My view as a devoted cynic, on this moon cr@p, is that once again, the thing promoted is not the thing sought. This will be an exercise in a)stripping the rest of the world of its wealth (getting too big for America's army boots) and b) to develop new military technology.
When will the governments of the world actually focus the earnings of their taxpayers on what the taxpayers, the nation, need? No wonder some people are yelling to the bursting of their lungs: Stop the world, I wanna get off! As a foot propelled boy I save such people by the thousands every day!
