I was, until 5 minutes ago, in the last category but just climbed on board at 6c. The tendency of this stock to fall back from its daily highs has confounded me in the past, and I've watched for a while now seeing it go up and down on the same day. I've got a gut feel this time it's for real. So I paid a little more than I'd planned, and now it's wait and see!
