    today. There is now a real possibility that a second processing plant will be built in the Chillagoe region that will accomodate all the recent base metal discoveries in that region. Drilling in the coming months will be focused on this region with a decision on the second plant possible as early as Dec 04.

    Already, the company is planing the doubling of production capacity of its Mt Garnet plant. All in all, Kagara looks to be set for a VERY profitable future.
