I have WAY to much on the line with BRM, my broker tells me this everyday, i just laugh and remind him that im free carried and its easy come easy go, its been a great journey and im not about to get of the BRM train yet, i might sell a few at $6, i want to buy a peice of land, will sell a few more at $10 to build my house and keep the rest to see if a few years down the road we become another FMG.

I can actually say that i dont do anymore research, i beleive i have the one that will let me retire in a couple of years from now
