i would say based on previous pumps, they are getting there cash ready at no expense as they have been orchestrating large buys and sells to attract the canon fodder. once they have raised there cash that its back to 3c and back to waiting for the uranium project.

but i could be wrong, maybe somalia is the next boom town and if all goes well they should be able to get some real majors in over the next 10 years, a little mob out of WA with a market cap of 6mill before the pump is hardly what you call "serious"
