hey guys, what are the 50 million BBY shares you're talking about?
20-million-odd (20,907,176) were allotted on the 9th of May....these were the BBY shares, and no doubt a lot of them were sold last week when the price hit 21 cents and we got excellent turnover.....so why the discussion of them at all?
The real battle for management is to try and sell a share purchase plan to shareholders at a massive discount to the share price and at a massive disadvantage to long tern holders....I actually don't think they ever gave it much hope of getting over the line...it was always a diversionary tactic to deflect the understandable outrage at a poorly timed, poorly thought-out and ill-advised placement at a ridiculous price....and subsequent buying interest once the first ore was loaded at Wolfram testifies to this.
