On reflection, you may be right.

I wasn't aware of Bolton's Molopo position, and my first thought was his past "leveraging" reputation.

However, MPO looks like it will be a professional litigator for a year or two, so there must be some chance that they want to pursue MEL's claims in parallel.

If Bolton votes YES, I hope he has read the MEL notice of meeting, where management talk of 6 month rush to buy a business.

Are there any understandings between Bolton and MEL? Otherwise, looks like a lot of effort, and risk, to earn 20% (how does he cash out?)

My current view, is to vote NO, and call Government's bluff, by restarting activity.

Maybe Bolton agrees with that.

Interesting that if shareholders reject Board's recommendation, Board hasn't offered to resign.
