I agree, great interview. I especially like : "when the exec leadership team look back in 10 or 20 years time and see a thriving global multi-billion dollar company" or "if it has been swallowed up by one of the big boys".
Nick is building a company which will last the test of time...not something to make a quick (yet relatively small) gain for share holders then to crash and burn...I love it!
