One of 10,000 shortlisted. Imagine how many more were in the running over the 10,000 that weren't shortlisted. Pretty damn impressive and let's look at the reality of this, he has done it in one of the words biggest markets of which his peers have picked him. Now I know he has had years in the US collectively, but after leaving and then returning he has made a name for himself whic is now solidified in an award.

Great to have a leader running a company that holds our investments. Few and far between these days.
What he has had to deal with this year and how he is coming through at the other end, he deserves it price should go up just on that IMO, based on the fact we have a man that will lead the growth all the way to where it needs to go.
