So what will happen on monday ?

To get the closest answer I watched to see how our American friends reacted.

LYSCF.
It had closed the day before at 85c (82c).

It opened at 74c..(71.5 aud)

After lots of digesting the news,many chose to bail out on the open.

Then they must have cursed as the volume grew to 6 times its normal average.(2.4m....400k)..and the SP bounced back to finish at 80c (77c aud)..with an intra day high of 81c.

So common sense took over.

The CR will be done...Cash and future nailed down.In todays macro economic climate..getting a CR (over subscribed even better) is no easy task as many on the ASX have discovered.
TOL approved.
First feed Dec.


For the SP to sit at 75c in line with CR does noone any favours.
Going under 75c makes even less sense (shorters are up against TOL approved..first feed Dec..Cashed up with millions left over to cover unknowns)
For the insto buying at 75c a higher price guarantees an instant profit,and more attractive for retailers to take up SPP.

The insto ending up with the CR would have done their sums,and you would presume are at capacity involvement..ie to invest even more at below 75c doesnt make sense.
TOL approval/CR hardly makes LYC,s value diminish..dillution taken into account..especially with MOLY in all sorts of bother,and china reducing output.

Go to LYSCF and have a good look yourself..its better then any other guide to monday.
