As others have posted, the CR is required for Lynas to have operating capital going forward. Dilution is modest.
.75 price guarantees the CR being fully subscribed and offers inst investors a good price for future profits. These investors put money into more expensive shares a couple of years ago, too.
NC owns many millions of shares. He will earn big money as the Lynas SP continues to go up with production, revenues and earnings.
