Great succession planing from NC..He obviously knew when the time was right to hand over and take a back seat as an investor..

The children are his legacy and i for one agree with his reasoning..The children come first ...

Nick has without doubt been Mr Alexium ..like him or loath him Alexium wouldn't be were she is today .... for his input, energy and drive and of course "fake it till you make it" attitude....i thank him..
