At this stage of the company IMHO they should be looking at candidates in the non-exec role that would have the capacity and willingness to take on a greater role as they got to know the business and as the business grows.
AND Someone who doesn't expect a million options for getting out of bed in the morning for "achieving" targets that are already a given. Tough ask I guess.

Either that or someone who can use blatant nepotism, or insider lobbying to land us some big deals. Pay them in options for deals done. Especially in big markets we might not have explored fully yet. India? Europe?  I don't know how many soldiers are in the Indian army, but it must be a lot. Surely they need what we are trying to sell the US DoD. Crikey with the humidity there the soldiers would LOVE a bit of Alexicool.
