I'm glad I started this thread, as it sounds like there is a great deal of support from retail investors for Stephanie (aka Parsifal).

Hopefully Gavin reads this, sees the level of support, and agrees that having this particular Australian resident on the board would help the company and indirectly contribute to his success/reputation as Chairman. Hopefully other people who share this opinion will write to Gavin directly.

Stephanie is qualified for the position, having been an executive in a number of large companies and having worked on large scale organisational change and performance. (ref: previous HC posts)

Her reputation here is one of being highly competent and demanding, especially around executive remuneration/expenses, so I could see her being an effective voice for the shareholders.

Stephanie, if you agree to serve, I would be willing to nominate you.
