    After I ask him how much of the funds Gxy received he told me that they Gxy won't have to put their hands into their pocket to fund the project after they received the $9 mil
    Then I asked when the other $9 mil would be received he said it takes time for funds to be delivered outside of China without a product being received
    Then he hung up on me
    Bit disappointed
