I know a man who wishes to have his ex-wife named in Parliament by Mr Xenophon becuase he distictly remembers that she took advantage of him in a weak moment and had her way with him some forty years ago. My friend told a helpful counsellor who tried to help him through the traumatic time but did not initiate police action because he felt there may have been some consent. He said that if it was a moral question then the issue is between the parties involved only.
