Xenophon suffers from a touch of megalomania as well as appearing to have a down on religion. I have no desire to defend any criminal but I have said before in a different context that everyone should enjoy a presumption of innocence until proven otherwise. He has overstepped his authority and may pay in the long run because the accusation in question appears to have some inconsistencies.
