That won't happen, its simply uneconomic to produce sulphate from pig nickel, just too impure. Its alright for stainless steel processes not for sulphate, What WILL happen though is a two teir pricing where high grade nickel 99% pure and nickel sulphate will be separately priced. The Chinese have been blocking this development for ever, to keep nickel sulphate prices down, but they are running out of time.
