i'm not sure if i would be happy with them firing up the nickel immediately.. imo we would need a further capital raising to fund it and we have enough dilution as it is.
for my mind i would get the new mill online, the costs obviously reduce and cashflow increases, then perform a share consolidation and then start the focus on nickel, wether thats mining immediately or just refurbishing the plant and ramping up the drilling over the targets. slowly slowly. get the gold humming first.
