@zebster, good colleague that you are, perhaps you can answer the estimated
all-in-cost for a POS restart, I read somewheres that for PAN is USD 4.85/lb
if POS is much higher can you elaborate probably why? NIP USD 7.55/lb and
probably rising, seems to be enough of a margin of safety for a restart.
