That chart was for WSA ,but I don't know the stock he was referring to as his "...only one stock that fits the bill... ...that won't be the case soon". He then refers the hapless reader to this, which makes me want to puke.
I was going to ask whether anyone still falls for this type of marketing any more, but there must be hapless innocents out there. The format of that marketing page (an old technique) is as good a hint as anything of the dubious quality of the product being sold. All I can say is buyer beware!
