No idea where your $80M is from.
They can refurbish both their processing plants for less than $40M.
They only need one refurbished to start raking in millions (~$20M each) and they just raised $30M to kickstart production.
Any remainder startup funds needed to get one or both plants up and running, they’d get that in a heartbeat from an offtake partner and/or debt financing.
