Last time I tried to tell everyone it was just an illusion orchestrated by NPI manufactures to get the Nickel price up so they could underwrite the huge debt on their HPAL plants. But know body believed me. LME stockpiles are an illusion. 70% of available nickel is tied up in NPI. You won't see inventory for that as the Chinese control it.
So what do I think. The lower the better but to draw any firm inference off it is irresponsible reporting.
