I raised a non-holder, 3 posts a day limit/restriction with hotcopper admins Jessica ([email protected] or [email protected] ) and got nothing.

I also reached out to IG, who advertise on Hotcopper and told them that they are probably not getting the value out of their advertising spend as this sort of inane commentary detracts from the usefulness of the site and drives experienced investors away. Probably the exact sort of people they want to attract to use their platform.

It's a shame because there are some genuinely decent posters who are prepared to share their insight/or resources to help others build an investment case and you have some lonely donkeys with social issues trying to get attention.

Hotcopper, if you want to increase the calibre of posters on here and build membership, having them constantly battle trolls is not the way to attract them.
