but theyve run out of ammo bc if they go less than 10% they lose blocking control & another big Ni producer like BHP IGO FQM Sherritt Glencore could swing in & steal the show before it starts.

also at less than 10% they would be forced to buy shares on market at bid price now costing 5c at say 16c to build back a blocking stake.
thats triple the price than simply doing nothing now
