Let us don't get excited about permit. Once permit is renewed (for Mt Windarra) it will take at least 2 years to drain the flooded mine and refurbish it before they can even think of doing any thing.

I am not sure what kind of management POS had, POS drained Black Swan (2018), then removed the pump(2019) only to be allow to flood it again. POS spent more than $100 Million Dollars on Mt Windarra, then allowed to flood it totally. Insanity or plain stupidity or contractor decides what to do and what not.

In two years time, no body knows what will be nickel price. More players will be in market in that time, recycling will start. None of commodity boom has ever lasted more than few years.
