POS linked a Supply Chain Dive report in their Tweet, that's where the image comes from. Yes POS are clearly trying to get GM and POS together in peoples minds, but no, they don't need GM's permission to mention them in a tweet, and the image doesn't come from POS, it comes from the linked article.
It's marketing, nothing more.
