BDR debacle (Now delisted) taught me hard lesson. BDR kept promising profit is around the corner while company was continuously losing money. It was evident that their Gold production vs sold Gold were never matching. Even BDR last capital raising at 7.1 cents did not save BDR from liquidation. Eventually MD/CEO made a backdoor deal with their Canadian masters and secured a director position for herself. Got BDR delisted from ASX while almost all Australian Share Holders lost most of their investment.
