They would not have a hope in hell of getting finance based on a Nickel restart. The NP is not ready yet, but the probability of it being high enough has greatly improved. We need a gold restart to get the plant up and running so the Nickel SS FS becomes more tenable without having to find the startup funds.
Getting the funds moves the decimal place on the share price.
