Russia will undoubtedly find a way to sell their Ni moving forward to, say, China, albeit for potentially heavy discounts.
In short: Unlikely to materially affect the global supply situation, but there may be some localised pricing dislocations, nevertheless. However, perhaps not in the way (in the short term) that some punters might expect.
