Dear Sircorp,
How does a drop of $66 equates to 4.10% please? Your sentiment is buy and held. Yet, you see GS resource as small and NP heading towards $14,000/t. I am struggling to reconcile your sentiment with your outlook. Can you please explain to us why with NP crashing, we should invest in POS? Why would someone as disciplined as yourself stay invested in POS if you believe in what you yourself are saying?
You also said that for Noront, you can see BHP / AF at 50 / 50. After months on measuring it out, you think they will go in bed together? Currently BHP at 75cm and uncle AF at 70cm. Will he be able to have a last stretch? I am sure this is having our undivided attention. It is not called ring on fire for nothing. What comes out of there will give POS an idea of what to expect.
POS have a decent amount of ultra high grade nickel. But at a NP of US$9/lb heading upwards, GS does not bother me too much. We can make money even with the low grade only, may be mixed with some high grade as necessary. House prices have gone through the roof. Now, it is time for Nickel to shine.
