The only way to beat the bots is to hit the market on your bid/sell.
When a share is trading range bound, I've often seen that when my order is at the top of the ask queue, the bot shys away from buying from me...they can see which broker I am selling through, and they dont want to give a retail a break....it happened on PAN today....well that's my conspiracy theory for the day....
