Just my speculation mode1971, Vale makes most sense, but streeter has plenty of contacts, could be a ev battery producer looking to lock in a supply of nickel sulphite material, deposits such as what czn have a very rare. Only class 1 nickel such as what czn has will suit evs. Indonesian nickel simply wont do.
