mate they stopped drilling FL because it was getting to dangerous refer to Rotichan's informative postings re the weather that put a stop to the drilling program, the company has stated that was the reason so why would you state they are doing it for a JV that is pure fluff talk.

What you have correct is Corazon needs lots more Capital Raisings to keep the milking shed lights on or drilling as you put it so they will need plenty more cash which no doubt will further dilute shareholders wealth, which is nothing new to this company some woukd say it's normal but more like rinse an spin, especially if FL is related to that mountie in Canada his name escapes me oh yes that's it Dudley and comes up with nothing which speculation is until proven.

As to further speculation of the wife buying shares this is quite normal to keep the mentality of the herd interested dangling a carrot many company's are reknowned for it before the bad or no good news is forthcoming happens with most spec stocks and especially those who continue to erode sholders wealth, as to the ownership Corazon paid with it with more shares rehashing the previous deal which may have been because the cash required to finalize the deal was there and there are still royalties attached if anything becomes of it, but at the current rate of rinse and spin that's not going to happen real soon as many here hope imho of course.
