Have you seen the nickel inventories sink? Yes, they were really high but the rate they are sinking has to give everyone pause.
Roughly they went from 380 to 280 in one year. If the draw continues at this rate, the inventories will be down to 180 next year. Given the long lead times of new mines, the supply has to be a concern.
As a result, the nickel price may actually be more important to Ardea than the cobalt price!
