really? the report talks about the minor Ni sulphate chemical use increasing from 50ktpa to 160ktpa. That's going from less the 2% to maybe 5% of total Ni annual consumption...maybe.
A four fold increase in total Ni would take use to 12Mtpa, ain't going to happen.
