Would be nice if the case was sorted on the day, chances honestly are unlikely, then there's the question can Sumitomo appeal the decision?

It's obvious Axiom will win under the current circumstances, it's a matter of when....

Don't mean to put a damper on the situation but when we have our own money on AVQ we need to be realistic, I hope it's sorted too. I'll wait till an announcement is made before I throw more money in the ring. GL peeps.
