"The Silver Swan mine was not proposed to be developed by Poseidon under its current plans due to its depth and complexity."
That does not say that pos does not want to mine it, just that it was not on the agenda at the time of the agreement. So how bout giving the full meaning and not your twist on it? Plans change, situations change, proposals change. Yep it's deep and complex but still contains a lot of high grade nickel. The price of nickel 2 years ago from memory was under $4. Now it is steadily climbing with stocks slowly being depleted.
