Option's price moves based on heads, fact
if price of heads go up, then options will go up, the reason why there are 253m sbro for sale is because the sp is sitting at 0.7c whilst the strike price is 0.8c. If the sp moves up, these orders will either get pulled or buyers will step up and purchase them. The supply and demand of options are directly related to the sp.
You are assuming that the options are independent of the actual shares, not the case here nor on any other option.
