It needs hard work, the balance between reward and dedication, team work and leaders, MD and board, vision and system, survival in crisis and prosperous in future.

Hopefully JRV would not turn into a field to fight for the power only. Seriously saying it should be routine job to get rid of the dead wood & weeds. Some people said DP only have 5% of JRV shares. The board should have some directors who are big shareholders or independent ones who should be elected in the AGM and should do their jobs.

I just could not figure out why the fire is set just now. If DP didn't do his job, all of the directors also failed to supervise and set the objectives too. Anyway JRV has 40 years history as some said.

Be alerted to what big boys play. They have their interests and sometimes they could be short-sight and play the dirty in the game. It is not a matter if you support EGM but it is a matter you have to get your own views and make your decision.
