Tsingshan is Shangai Decent & Decent Investment and they own together 18.58% as of today, PT Karunia sit on 16.13% as of June 16th. Tsingshan isnt a seller in my opinion, they have invested over 7bn USD into IMIP and Nickel Mines is their first foray into the Capital Markets (which they want access to), they still own the balance 20% of The 4 RKEF lines and likely they own stakes in the other 22 RKEF lines that are also at IMIP with Private Indonesian Investors. PT Karunia would want & need them as a partner going forward if they do indeed launch a bid for the stock which does have a decent chance of happening once they learn the business as this is also their first foray into the nickel market. Together (Decent & Karunia) could launch a takeover bid and then relist on the Indo markets and get a much better valuation than the Aussie listing that is for sure, INCO & ANTM trade at 20-25x on the Indo market. This may play out over time but coming up I see the following catalysts

There's enough conspiracies out there atm without adding to them but I have noticed big selling volumes crop up whenever it looks like crossing into 60s. Is it being capped and held down for accumulation? Agree the fundamentals look good and should win out.
