You still dont get it do you? The bottleneck is at the cell manufacturing level of the supply chain - with LG Chem's speed at ramping up the gigafactories. There is no suggestion that there are bottlenecks at the cathode and precursor stages. In fact quite the contrary.
As flippa is constantly reminding himself, read, think and read again. You woul do well to take his advice!
